Frank Balleste has over 21 years of experience in the planning, design and construction phases of commercial and multi-family development projects in Florida and North Carolina.

More specifically, he has been responsible for multiple projects in excess of 50 stories, containing more than 500 units, and handling construction budgets in excess of $500M. Mr. Balleste is highly regarded in his profession as having unsurpassed qualities in the design, planning and management phases of construction.
